Processing Times
Ready-to-ship items are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Made-to-order jewellery pieces are individually handmade and may take up to 4 weeks for production before shipping.
Processing times may vary slightly during busy periods, sales or public holidays.
Australia Shipping
We currently ship Australia-wide using tracked Australia Post services.

Estimated delivery: 3–8 business days
Express Shipping
Estimated delivery: 1–5 business days
New Zealand Shipping
We currently ship all physical products including wax kits to New Zealand using tracked international shipping services.

United Kingdom Shipping
At this time, only jewellery pieces are available for shipping to the United Kingdom.

Tracking
All physical orders include tracking. Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched.
Digital Products & Online Courses
Online courses and digital products are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once parcels have been shipped, delivery timeframes are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. While we will always do our best to assist, Metal Bones Jewellery cannot guarantee delivery timeframes once parcels are in transit.
International Orders
Please note that international orders may occasionally experience additional customs processing delays outside of our control, which may add an extra 1–2 weeks to delivery timeframes.
Once an order has safely arrived in the destination country, any customs processing, import procedures, duties, taxes, or required follow-up with local customs authorities becomes the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds or replacements will not be provided for delays caused by customs processing or local import procedures outside of our control.

All orders are packed and shipped from the Sunshine Coast, QLD, Australia.
