• Technical difficulties, including issues accessing course content, are not the responsibility of Metal Bones Jewellery.

• All digital products are non-refundable once learning has commenced and course progress exceeds 0%.

TOOLS, KITS & MATERIALS

By purchasing tools, wax kits, or supplies from Metal Bones Jewellery, you agree to the following:

• Tools are imported; Metal Bones Jewellery does not manufacture or control their safety standards, and is not liable for any injuries, damages, or accidents resulting from their use.

• You are responsible for using all tools and materials safely and in accordance with any provided instructions or course content.

• Metal Bones Jewellery is not responsible for any damages or injuries caused by wax, gemstones, or other materials used with these tools.

• We are not liable for gemstones that crack, break, or become damaged during shipping, handling, or casting.

• You are responsible for proper use, handling, and storage of any materials. Metal Bones Jewellery is not liable for any damage or injury caused by misuse or mishandling.

HANDMADE JEWELLERY

By purchasing jewellery from Metal Bones Jewellery, you agree to the following:

• Each item is handcrafted; variations may occur due to the handmade nature of the process.

• Metal Bones Jewellery is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or accidents resulting from wearing or using the jewellery.

• Customers are responsible for following all care instructions to maintain the condition of their piece.

• Metal Bones Jewellery is not liable for allergic reactions or skin irritation from the materials used.

• Damage caused after delivery is not covered under warranty, except in the case of confirmed manufacturing defects.

CONSULTING & BUSINESS GUIDANCE

By purchasing consulting or business services, you agree to the following:

• No professional-client relationship is established by booking or attending a session.

• All sessions must be paid in full before delivery.

• Cancellations require at least 48 hours' notice; cancellations under 48 hours may be subject to a fee.

• Refunds will not be issued after a session has been completed. If a session is cancelled by Metal Bones Jewellery, a full refund will be provided.

• Inappropriate or abusive behaviour during a consultation will result in immediate termination with no refund.
